The Cornell Steamboat Co. Building - 108 East Strand
Located in the historic maritime industrial district, the Cornell Steamboat Co. building was constructed around 1906 to accommodate maritime transportation on the Hudson River between the D&H Canal and New York City.
This unique building has a beautiful interior composition, featuring industrial fixtures, oversized windows, and exposed brick. The Cornell Building is situated directly on the waterfront with stunning views of the creek and Hudson River.
After decades of varied use, the Cornell Building is finally available to the public as an event space. The raw space can be adapted for many uses, and it offers direct access to the beautiful Rondout Creek waterfront.
181 - 207 East Strand aka Cornell Pavillion
Part of the former KOSCO site on the Rondout Creek in Kingston, this property is the future site of the mixed use Cornell Pavillion. It is situated on an extra large lot with high visibility along the East Strand.
The current design is as follows:
Parking was defined as 300 spaces which each space will require 350 sq. ft. (including ramps, structure, etc.) 105,000 sq. ft. including ramps/services.

Building will also have the following: Sales office, maintenance area, lobby with elevator, small health club, community meeting room, service spaces. Possible future elements: stage with seating area, rooftop restaurant, hotel, office space.
Building is planned for three phase construction.

272 - 276 East Strand
This former KOSCO waterfront site contains three buildings. The largest building is a brick office building which contains 4 private offices, a conference room, kitchen area, plus loading dock and large storage area. The other buildings include a 4 car garage (1516 sq ft) and a small storage building (180 sq ft).
The site has 355' of water frontage with private dock and bulkhead, on site parking, and a secure fence around the entire 84,000 sq ft lot.

Part of the former KOSCO site on the Rondout Creek in Kingston, this commercial waterfront property contains two free standing corrugated metal buildings. There is a secure fence around the entire 90,000 sq foot lot. This property has on site parking and high visibility. It also has 555' of water frontage with private dock and bulkhead.
